TLF understands the business of insurance as well as the legal issues that underpin the insurance sector. As Insurance law is not a developed law, our team has good experience to tackle any provide issue from a very different legal perspective. To do so, firstly, our legal team should look at special laws that govern insurance issues such as Law no. 3/2005 concerning Monitoring Insurance Activities, its Executive Regulation no. 4/2006 2005 concerning Monitoring Insurance Activities and other relevant executive decisions, such as Economic Minister Decisions. If the team could not find any relevant provisions in the previous laws, we, Secondly, should look at general civil Law rules.

This combination of legal and industry experience enables us to implement practical and cost effective solutions for our clients. Our strong international network of lawyers provides swift access to knowledge and coordinated cooperation across practice areas and jurisdictions.
